As stated in the main page. The biggest issues for this were not necessarily matching astm guidlines for strength and safety. Or even coming up with a good folding design to keep this compact enough that a customer living in an apartment could use it. But rather doing all these things while simutaneously keeping it's overall weight and footprint to a predetermined size. This was to ensure that the client could ship each system without having to pay extra fees for large boxes and higher weights. This proved to be extremely challenging when it came to choosing materials, and balancing safety. This product has reached the market and we're further developing a folding bench and other collapsible accessories to sell along side it.
